Kitchen

The kitchen, decorated with colorful Mexican tiles, is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, sink and all kitchen appliances and utensils needed for cooking and eating (including toaster, blender, kettle, French press coffee maker and espresso maker.

There is no washing machine in the house, but there are several laundromats in the village.

Bedroom / Bathroom 1

The north and east-facing bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with two separate latex mattresses and has its own integrated bathroom. The bathroom has been lovingly furnished with Mexican tiles and a matching hand-painted washbasin. The windows are fitted with curtains and mosquito screens. The bathroom and bedroom can be closed with sliding doors made of parota wood. The bedroom has a brick-built open wardrobe and a desk.

Bedroom / Bathroom 2

This north and west-facing bedroom is also furnished with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with two separate latex mattresses, a fixed desk and an open wardrobe with shelves and hanging space. The Mexican-style bathroom is accessible from the corridor. All rooms are fitted with robust sliding doors made of parota wood.

Terrace and garden

The three-meter wide, south and west-facing covered terrace with its two hammocks invites you to linger and enjoy. A Garden table with six chairs offers an additional opportunity to relax and enjoy the sunset over dinner.

The garden is fully fenced and offers privacy and security for children and pets. There is a parking space for one car on the property, shaded by a mango tree.

Miscellaneous

Electricity is provided by six solar panels mounted on the roof and two associated batteries. Service water is drawn from two 5,000-liter cisterns, and drinking water can be obtained from refillable 20-liter bottles in the village.

All rooms (except the bathrooms) and the terrace are equipped with ceiling fans.

Internet is provided via Starlink (satellite).
